基于直流電源的埋地管道陰極保護(hù)替代方案

【摘要】:在實(shí)驗(yàn)室進(jìn)行埋地管道陰極保護(hù)模擬實(shí)驗(yàn)時(shí),鑒于多種影響因素的考慮,需要同時(shí)進(jìn)行多組實(shí)驗(yàn),而陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)中的傳統(tǒng)電源價(jià)格昂貴,數(shù)量有限,特別是對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)所埋試片進(jìn)行陰極保護(hù)時(shí),傳統(tǒng)電源的使用極不方便;谥绷麟娫吹穆竦毓艿狸帢O保護(hù)替代方案,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證了以干電池作為強(qiáng)制電流陰極保護(hù)電源的陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng)的有效性,利用失重法對(duì)替代方案中涉及的實(shí)驗(yàn)組與空白組的試件進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,結(jié)果表明:使用兩節(jié)1.5 V干電池作為強(qiáng)制電流陰極保護(hù)電源的陰極保護(hù)系統(tǒng),對(duì)于試件的保護(hù)至少在30天內(nèi)是有效的。
[Abstract]:When the simulation experiment of cathodic protection of buried pipeline is carried out in the laboratory, in view of the consideration of many influencing factors, multiple groups of experiments need to be carried out at the same time, and the traditional power supply in the cathodic protection system is expensive and limited, especially when cathodic protection is carried out for the buried test pieces in the field, the use of the traditional power supply is very inconvenient. Based on the alternative scheme of buried pipeline cathodic protection based on DC power supply, the effectiveness of cathodic protection system with dry battery as forced current cathodic protection power supply is verified by experiments. The experimental group and blank group involved in the alternative scheme are compared and analyzed by weight loss method. The results show that two 1.5V dry batteries are used as forced current cathodic protection power supply. The protection of the specimen is effective for at least 30 days.
