某數(shù)控機(jī)床在機(jī)檢測(cè)的搭建與研究

【摘要】:智能制造當(dāng)今制造業(yè)的主旋律,其感知功能主要是通過(guò)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)的。在數(shù)控加工過(guò)程中構(gòu)建在機(jī)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)能大大提高零件的制造精度和效率,因此開(kāi)展數(shù)控機(jī)床的在機(jī)檢測(cè)研究符合時(shí)代發(fā)展需求,具有廣泛的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。通過(guò)研究某數(shù)控機(jī)床的HEIDENHAIN ITNC530數(shù)控系統(tǒng),搭建起該機(jī)床的在機(jī)檢測(cè)系統(tǒng);對(duì)系統(tǒng)中探測(cè)循環(huán)的工作原理和執(zhí)行過(guò)程進(jìn)行了深入研究,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)在制造過(guò)程的自動(dòng)對(duì)刀功能,從而大大縮短了零件的加工輔助時(shí)間,降低勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度,提高加工效率。
[Abstract]:Intelligent manufacturing is the main theme of manufacturing industry, and its perceptual function is mainly realized by detection system. In the process of NC machining, the in-machine detection system can greatly improve the manufacturing accuracy and efficiency of parts, so the in-machine detection research of CNC machine tools meets the needs of the development of the times and has a wide range of application value. By studying the HEIDENHAIN ITNC530 CNC system of a CNC machine tool, the in-machine detection system of the machine tool is built, and the working principle and execution process of the detection cycle in the system are deeply studied, and then the automatic tool alignment function in the manufacturing process is realized, which greatly shortens the machining auxiliary time of the parts, reduces the labor intensity and improves the machining efficiency.
