預(yù)合金化時間對熱成形鋼鋅基鍍層組織和成分的影響

【摘要】:利用掃描電子顯微鏡及附屬EDS能譜儀研究了不同預(yù)合金化時間對熱成形鋼22MnB5鋅基鍍層組織形貌及成分分布的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,試樣在加熱之后,鍍層表面氧化物主要為ZnO和Al_2O_3;在550℃預(yù)合金化時,隨著時間的延長,基體中的鐵逐漸向鍍層中擴(kuò)散,鍍層組成由η相、ζ相、δ相和Γ相逐漸轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹挥笑O?奧氏體化之后,鍍層中的組織幾乎全部為α-Fe(Zn),只在表面有極少的Г相;預(yù)合金化保溫時間為30 min時,在900℃保溫5 min奧氏體化后能得到質(zhì)量較好的鍍層。
