基于線陣CCD的階梯軸自動(dòng)測(cè)量裝置的控制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)階梯軸在檢測(cè)過程中存在的檢測(cè)參數(shù)多、重復(fù)精度低以及人工檢測(cè)費(fèi)時(shí)費(fèi)力的實(shí)際情況,提出一種基于線陣CCD的階梯軸自動(dòng)測(cè)量方法,并在詳細(xì)分析所研究測(cè)量裝置的技術(shù)指標(biāo)要求后,給出了測(cè)量裝置的總體組成、工作原理以及控制系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計(jì)方案。分析研究測(cè)量裝置在測(cè)量包括長(zhǎng)度、直徑、跳動(dòng)量和圓柱度等參數(shù)所采用的測(cè)量原理,設(shè)計(jì)出基于CPU224XP和STM32為主控單元的雙路控制系統(tǒng),并重點(diǎn)對(duì)工件運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的軟硬件設(shè)計(jì)。工件運(yùn)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng)是由CPU224XP和EM235模塊與電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)芯片YK2404MA和電磁閥組成,主要用于控制帶動(dòng)工件運(yùn)動(dòng)的電機(jī)和液壓缸,并以I/O口通訊方式與上位機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊,完成工件測(cè)量過程中的運(yùn)動(dòng)控制。工件數(shù)據(jù)采集與處理系統(tǒng)是以STM32為主控單元,并由長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量控制單元、直徑測(cè)量控制單元、跳動(dòng)(徑跳、端跳)測(cè)量控制單元、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)和打印單元等共同組成的,以串口通信的方式與上位機(jī)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)通訊。最后對(duì)所測(cè)量的主要參數(shù)(直徑、長(zhǎng)度、跳動(dòng))進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的誤差與精度分析,并通過實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的精度進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證。測(cè)試結(jié)果表明,該自動(dòng)檢測(cè)裝置能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)長(zhǎng)度測(cè)量重復(fù)測(cè)量精度≤±10μm,直徑測(cè)量重復(fù)測(cè)量精度≤±10μm,跳動(dòng)量重復(fù)測(cè)量精度≤±30μm,圓柱度重復(fù)測(cè)量精度≤±15μm等主要性能指標(biāo),滿足所提出的階梯軸自動(dòng)測(cè)量的技術(shù)要求。
