2A70耐熱鋁合金鑄態(tài)組織及均勻化處理工藝

【摘要】:采用光學(xué)顯微鏡(OM)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、差示掃描量熱儀(DSC)及X射線衍射分析儀(XRD),分析2A70耐熱鋁合金的鑄造組織,研究其合理的均勻化熱處理制度。同時(shí),采用Thermo-Calc熱力學(xué)計(jì)算軟件,模擬Al-2.4Cu-1.5Mg-1.1Fe-1.1Ni合金的非平衡凝固路徑,分析2A70合金在凝固過(guò)程中的析出相種類(lèi),并計(jì)算該合金低熔點(diǎn)共晶組織的轉(zhuǎn)變溫度,為研究2A70合金的鑄態(tài)組織及均勻化工藝提供理論依據(jù)。結(jié)果表明:模擬計(jì)算所得2A70合金在凝固過(guò)程中主要析出α-Al、Al_2CuMg、Al_2Cu、Al_9FeNi、Al_7Cu4Ni及Al_7Cu_2Fe,與實(shí)驗(yàn)分析結(jié)果一致,且計(jì)算所得低熔點(diǎn)共晶組織轉(zhuǎn)變溫度可近似替代實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果;該合金合理的均勻化熱處理制度為490℃/12~16 h+520℃/12 h,在高溫長(zhǎng)時(shí)均勻化過(guò)程中,非平衡共晶組織得到較徹底的回溶,Al_9Fe Ni、Al_7Cu_4Ni及Al_7Cu_2Fe難溶相未發(fā)生明顯變化。
[Abstract]:The casting microstructure of 2A70 heat-resistant aluminum alloy was analyzed by optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), differential scanning Calorimeter (DSC) and X-ray diffraction analyzer (XRD),. The reasonable homogenization heat treatment system was studied. At the same time, the non-equilibrium solidification path of Al-2.4Cu-1.5Mg-1.1Fe-1.1Ni alloy was simulated by Thermo-Calc thermodynamic calculation software, and the types of precipitated phases in 2A70 alloy during solidification were analyzed. The transformation temperature of eutectic structure at low melting point of the alloy is calculated, which provides a theoretical basis for the study of as-cast microstructure and homogenization process of 2A70 alloy. The results show that the main precipitation 偽-Al,Al_2CuMg,Al_2Cu,Al_9FeNi,Al_7Cu4Ni and Al_7Cu_2Fe, of 2A70 alloy during solidification are consistent with the experimental results. The calculated eutectic microstructure transition temperature can approximately replace the experimental results. The reasonable homogenization heat treatment system of the alloy is 490 鈩,
