Zr含量對工業(yè)純鋁組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:Zr元素在鋁合金中有多種存在形式,在凝固時形成的Zr元素存在形式直接影響鋁合金的凝固組織和后續(xù)變形熱處理過程中的組織性能.本文采用宏微觀組織分析及性能檢測的方法,研究了一定凝固條件下Zr含量變化對工業(yè)純鋁中Zr存在形式的影響,以及不同存在形式的Zr對質(zhì)量分數(shù)99.7%工業(yè)純鋁凝固組織及性能的影響.研究結(jié)果表明:在800℃銅模澆鑄條件下,Zr質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0~0.2%時,工業(yè)純鋁的凝固組織均為較粗大的柱狀晶;Zr質(zhì)量分數(shù)增至0.3%時,工業(yè)純鋁試樣邊部為柱狀晶,心部則為比較細小的等軸晶;在Zr質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.1%、0.2%的試樣中未發(fā)現(xiàn)初生含Zr相,而在Zr質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.3%的試樣中發(fā)現(xiàn)了一些團聚的小塊狀含Zr相.隨著Zr質(zhì)量分數(shù)由0增至0.3%,工業(yè)純鋁的電導率由60.9%IACS降至51.6%IACS,硬度由22.4 HV3增至26.3 HV3.
[Abstract]:There are many forms of Zr elements in aluminum alloy. The existence of Zr elements formed during solidification directly affects the solidification microstructure and properties of aluminum alloy during subsequent deformation and heat treatment. In this paper, the effect of Zr content on the existing form of Zr in industrial pure aluminum under certain solidification conditions was studied by means of macro and microstructure analysis and performance test. And the effect of different forms of Zr on solidification microstructure and properties of 99.7% industrial pure aluminum. The results show that the solidification structure of industrial pure aluminum is coarse columnar crystal when the mass fraction of Zr is 0 鈮,
