高性能金屬零件激光增材制造技術(shù)研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:激光增材制造(Laser Additive Manufacturing,LAM)技術(shù)實(shí)際上是一種兼顧精確成形和高性能成性一體化需求的先進(jìn)制造技術(shù)。首先介紹了兩種典型激光增材制造技術(shù)的成形原理及其特點(diǎn);然后介紹國(guó)內(nèi)外激光增材制造技術(shù)的最新研究進(jìn)展;再重點(diǎn)介紹西安交通大學(xué)在激光增材制造技術(shù)方面的最新研究進(jìn)展:(1)超聲振動(dòng)輔助激光熔覆沉積對(duì)IN718沉積態(tài)組織與性能的影響;(2)感應(yīng)輔助激光熔覆沉積DD4定向晶修復(fù)DZ125L葉片的研究;(3)Cu W功能梯度復(fù)合材料的激光熔覆沉積工藝研究;(4)送粉氣純度對(duì)激光熔覆Fe314修復(fù)40Cr組織與性能的影響;最后闡述了激光增材制造技術(shù)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Laser material addition Manufacturing (Laser Additive Manufacturing,LAM) technology is actually an advanced manufacturing technology which takes into account the integration of accurate forming and high performance formability. Firstly, the forming principle and characteristics of two typical laser material addition manufacturing technologies are introduced, and then the latest research progress of laser material addition manufacturing technology at home and abroad is introduced. The latest research progress of laser material increasing technology in Xi'an Jiaotong University is introduced in detail: (1) the effect of ultrasonic vibration assisted laser coating deposition on the microstructure and properties of IN718 deposition; (2) study on the repair of DZ125L blades by induction-assisted laser cladding deposition of DD4 directional crystals; (3) study on laser cladding deposition process of) Cu W functionally graded composites; (4) effect of powder feeding gas purity on the microstructure and properties of laser-coated Fe314 repair 40Cr; Finally, the challenges of laser material increasing manufacturing technology are described.
