氣門導(dǎo)管磨床上料機(jī)的研制

【摘要】:隨著我國(guó)汽車行業(yè)的發(fā)展,汽車的零部件產(chǎn)業(yè)也在不斷壯大,氣門導(dǎo)管作為汽車發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)的重要零部件,扮演著重要的角色。在我國(guó),氣門導(dǎo)管的生產(chǎn)還沒有完全的實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn),生產(chǎn)上有許多繁重的工序還是靠著人力來(lái)完成。本文結(jié)合氣門導(dǎo)管的生產(chǎn)流程和實(shí)際氣門導(dǎo)管上料的工作環(huán)境,提出了對(duì)氣門導(dǎo)管上料的解決方案,設(shè)計(jì)了一種自動(dòng)的氣門導(dǎo)管磨床上料機(jī)。本課題先通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研,了解委托企業(yè)對(duì)設(shè)備的一系列技術(shù)要求。根據(jù)技術(shù)要求,結(jié)合現(xiàn)場(chǎng)調(diào)研情況,進(jìn)一步制定了整體可行的上料解決方案,包括整體的布局、構(gòu)成以及工作流程。根據(jù)整體的方案,結(jié)合上料機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的要求,設(shè)計(jì)出詳細(xì)的機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方案,包括主機(jī)體、抓手總成、翻轉(zhuǎn)總成、橫移總成、提升總成,以及控制系統(tǒng)走線方案。然后,通過(guò)虛擬裝配和有限元分析,為機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)方案提供必要的理論支撐。方案設(shè)計(jì)階段完成后,開始制作零部件,并對(duì)各個(gè)零部件裝配,裝配完成后進(jìn)行自主調(diào)試。最后,撰寫上料機(jī)的使用說(shuō)明書,以及日常保養(yǎng)措施。氣門導(dǎo)管磨床上料機(jī)已經(jīng)研制成功,并且投入正常使用,成功解決了設(shè)備研制過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的一系列問(wèn)題,為企業(yè)帶來(lái)了可觀的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益,獲得了企業(yè)的一致好評(píng)。
[Abstract]:With the development of automobile industry in our country, the automobile parts industry is also growing. Valve conduit, as an important part of automobile engine, plays an important role. In our country, the production of valve conduit has not completely realized automatic production, and there are many heavy processes in production that are still completed by manpower. Based on the production flow of valve conduit and the working environment of actual valve conduit feeding, this paper puts forward the solution of valve conduit feeding, and designs an automatic valve conduit grinder feeding machine. This topic first through the field investigation, understands the entrustment enterprise to the equipment a series of technical requirements. According to the technical requirements, combined with the field investigation, the overall feasible feeding solution is further developed, including the overall layout, composition and work flow. According to the overall scheme, combined with the requirements of the feeder control system, a detailed mechanical structure scheme is designed, including the main body, grip assembly, flip assembly, transverse shift assembly, lifting assembly, and control system wiring scheme. Then, through virtual assembly and finite element analysis, it provides the necessary theoretical support for the mechanical structure scheme. After the scheme design stage is completed, the parts are made, and each part is assembled and debugged independently after the assembly is completed. Finally, write the instructions for the feeder, as well as daily maintenance measures. The valve tube grinder has been successfully developed and put into normal use, which has successfully solved a series of problems in the process of equipment development, brought considerable economic and social benefits to the enterprise, and has been well received by the enterprise.
