特裝重卡傳動軸等強度輕量化設(shè)計

【摘要】:為了減輕特裝重卡傳動軸的重量,同時不降低其強度,對主要零部件進行了重新設(shè)計,對零部件毛坯的鍛造工藝和機加工工藝進行了重新規(guī)劃。設(shè)計了萬向節(jié)總成,確定了萬向節(jié)的規(guī)格,通過計算最終確定軸管尺寸為Φ150 mm×7 mm,通過對比相關(guān)的性能指標,對花鍵軸進行了選型,改進了端面齒突緣叉和花鍵軸毛坯的鍛造工藝以及花鍵軸的機加工工藝,最終實現(xiàn)了特裝重卡傳動軸總成輕量化設(shè)計制造。實踐結(jié)果表明,在不降低傳動軸性能的前提下,通過減小關(guān)鍵零部件毛坯的下料尺寸,提高了材料利用率,傳動軸總成減重6.76 kg,減重8.45%,實現(xiàn)了傳動軸的輕量化設(shè)計。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the weight of the drive shaft of the special heavy truck without reducing its strength, the main parts were redesigned, and the forging technology and machining technology of the blank of the parts were replanned. The universal joint assembly is designed, and the specification of the universal joint is determined. the size of the shaft tube is 桅 150 mm 脳 7 mm, and the splice shaft is selected by comparing the related performance indexes. The forging technology of end face tooth protruding fork and splice shaft blank and the machining technology of splice shaft are improved. Finally, the lightweight design and manufacture of special heavy truck transmission shaft assembly is realized. The practical results show that, on the premise of not reducing the performance of the transmission shaft, the material utilization ratio is improved by reducing the blanking size of the blank of the key parts, and the weight loss of the transmission shaft assembly is 6.76 kg, and 8.45%. The lightweight design of transmission shaft is realized.
