等離子噴涂-物理氣相沉積射流中粒子狀態(tài)和分布

【摘要】:采用等離子噴涂-物理氣相沉積(PS-PVD)在高溫合金基體上沉積7YSZ熱障涂層,通過分步沉積實驗、徑向和軸向的涂層結(jié)構(gòu)分布實驗探討了涂層中各種粒子的種類、形成原因、對涂層結(jié)構(gòu)的影響及射流中的粒子分布。研究表明:PS-PVD實際上是一種以氣相沉積為主,多相混合的沉積方式。涂層的沉積過程中,氣相沉積是柱狀晶形成的主要原因;熔融及部分熔融的大顆粒對可以直接改變柱狀結(jié)構(gòu)的生長狀態(tài);氣相再凝固和氣化不充分殘留的小顆粒對涂層的影響是一個累積的過程。氣相主要集中在射流中心,越靠近射流邊緣,部分熔融粒子的比例越高,最終導(dǎo)致PS-PVD沉積涂層結(jié)構(gòu)出現(xiàn)空間分布特征。
[Abstract]:7YSZ thermal barrier coatings were deposited on superalloy substrate by plasma spraying physical vapor deposition (PS-PVD). The types and causes of various particles in the coatings were discussed by step deposition experiments and radial and axial coating structure distribution experiments. The effect on the structure of the coating and the distribution of particles in the jet. The results show that PS-PVD is actually a kind of multi-phase mixed deposition, which is mainly based on vapor deposition. In the process of coating deposition, vapor deposition is the main reason for the formation of columnar crystals, and the large particle pairs of melting and partial melting can directly change the growth state of columnar structure. The effect of gas phase resolidification and insufficient gasification on the coating is a cumulative process. The gas phase is mainly concentrated in the center of the jet. The closer it is to the edge of the jet, the higher the proportion of partially molten particles is, which leads to the spatial distribution of PS-PVD deposition coating structure.
