【摘要】:通過合金制備、組織觀察和拉伸實(shí)驗(yàn),研究了Y和Sm對鎂合金AZ81組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,適量的Y和Sm加入鎂合金AZ81后可生成高熔點(diǎn)的Al2Y和Al2Sm相,從而細(xì)化晶粒,改善組織。在室溫和150℃下,合金的抗拉強(qiáng)度和伸長率均隨著Y和Sm總含量的增加先升高后降低,其中,Y和Sm總含量為1.8%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí),合金的力學(xué)性能最好。
[Abstract]:The effects of Y and Sm on the microstructure and mechanical properties of magnesium alloy AZ81 were studied by preparation, microstructure observation and tensile test.
