廢棄稀土拋光粉再生利用的研究

【摘要】:通過對(duì)廢棄稀土拋光粉再生利用的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),以濃硫酸為浸出液時(shí),硫酸和廢棄拋光粉質(zhì)量比為1.5,浸出反應(yīng)溫度160℃,浸出時(shí)間3 h時(shí),稀土的浸出率達(dá)到92.3%。通過掃描電鏡發(fā)現(xiàn)稀土氧化物隨著煅燒溫度的升高粒徑逐漸變小。在550℃時(shí),稀土氧化物晶體開始形成小顆粒有規(guī)則的晶體。對(duì)拋光粉的拋光性能研究發(fā)現(xiàn),再生拋光粉比市售的拋光粉性能要好。氧化鈰含量為85.37%的再生拋光粉,拋光60 min,拋蝕量可以達(dá)到437nm/min,并隨著再生拋光粉的氧化鈰含量的增加會(huì)提高打磨性能。
