卷曲溫度對(duì)熱軋510L帶鋼氧化鐵皮腐蝕行為的影響

【摘要】:通過熱模擬、暴露試驗(yàn)、掃描電鏡和電化學(xué)阻抗測(cè)試等方法和設(shè)備研究了卷曲溫度對(duì)熱軋510L帶鋼表面氧化鐵皮耐腐蝕性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,在適當(dāng)高于600℃的溫度卷曲可以改善熱軋510L帶鋼表面氧化鐵皮的結(jié)構(gòu),提高氧化鐵皮的致密性,有效阻礙腐蝕性介質(zhì)的滲透,增強(qiáng)氧化鐵皮對(duì)基體金屬的保護(hù)作用,從而提高熱軋510L帶鋼在儲(chǔ)運(yùn)期間的耐大氣腐蝕性能。
[Abstract]:The influence of crimp temperature on corrosion resistance of iron oxide coating on hot rolled 510L strip was studied by means of thermal simulation, exposure test, scanning electron microscopy and electrochemical impedance test. The results show that the structure of the iron oxide scale on the surface of hot rolled 510L strip can be improved, the compactness of the iron oxide scale can be improved, the penetration of corrosive medium can be effectively hindered, and the protective effect of the iron oxide scale on the matrix metal can be enhanced when the temperature is above 600 鈩,
