一種高強度低碳結(jié)構(gòu)鋼的回火脆性研究

【摘要】:通過夏比沖擊試驗研究了回火溫度對高強度低碳結(jié)構(gòu)鋼沖擊韌性的影響,并采用掃描電鏡、透射電鏡分析了產(chǎn)生回火脆性的機理。結(jié)果表明,該高強度鋼在580℃、610℃較高溫度回火時產(chǎn)生回火脆性,-20℃夏比沖擊功由238 J(550℃時)降低至19 J(580℃時),沖擊斷口由韌性斷裂轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榇嘈詳嗔?這主要是由于晶界上析出大量較大尺寸的含鉬M23C6脆性相,在晶界上起到了裂紋源的作用。
