6082鋁合金的淬火特性及微觀組織

【摘要】:采用末端淬火和中斷淬火方式,結(jié)合透射電鏡(TEM),研究了6082鋁合金的淬火特性及微觀組織變化特征。結(jié)果表明:在末端淬火試驗條件下,6082鋁合金的淬透深度為15~20 mm;淬火敏感區(qū)間的平均冷卻速率達(dá)20℃/s時,合金時效后形成細(xì)小彌散的β″相,無沉淀析出帶(PFZ)窄小。在中斷淬火的高溫保溫過程中,幾乎沒有β平衡相的析出,時效后獲得了較高的硬度;在中溫保溫過程中,β平衡相因消耗周圍的溶質(zhì)原子而快速形成并長大,導(dǎo)致時效后合金性能大幅度下降;低溫保溫過程中,β平衡相形成緩慢,隨時間增加,析出數(shù)量增多并長大,影響后續(xù)時效強(qiáng)化效果。合金在慢冷和保溫過程中,析出的β平衡相大多是以富鐵相顆粒作為不均勻形核的核心,這是造成合金淬火敏感性高的原因之一。
