溶液溫度對內(nèi)燃機(jī)用TC4鈦合金超聲波空蝕行為的影響

【摘要】:應(yīng)用超聲波氣蝕技術(shù)研究了溴化鋰溶液溫度對內(nèi)燃機(jī)用Ti-6Al-4V鈦合金造成的空蝕作用。研究了鈦合金在不同溴化鋰溶液溫度中發(fā)生空蝕的特征,分析了空蝕行為與溶液溫度的關(guān)系。結(jié)果表明:在空蝕初期,合金受溶液溫度影響的程度不大;隨著溴化鋰溶液溫度的增加,粗糙度和空蝕深度先增加后減小,在溶液溫度達(dá)到50℃時達(dá)最大值。當(dāng)溶液溫度升高后,合金點蝕電位與再鈍化電位往負(fù)方向移動,合金的點蝕電位下降,更易發(fā)生點蝕過程。在溶液溫度為50℃時,合金鈍化膜達(dá)到最大破壞程度。溶液溫度繼續(xù)升高,合金自腐蝕電位開始正移,形成了新的穩(wěn)定鈍化區(qū)。
[Abstract]:The cavitation effect of lithium bromide solution temperature on Ti-6Al-4V titanium alloy used in internal combustion engine was studied by ultrasonic cavitation technique. The characteristics of cavitation corrosion of titanium alloy in different temperature of lithium bromide solution were studied, and the relationship between cavitation corrosion behavior and solution temperature was analyzed. The results show that the alloy is not affected by the solution temperature at the initial stage of cavitation corrosion, and the roughness and cavitation depth increase first and then decrease with the increase of the temperature of lithium bromide solution, and reach the maximum value when the solution temperature reaches 50 鈩,
