9%Ni鋼亞溫淬火處理工藝參數(shù)試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:研究了亞溫淬火工藝中淬火加熱溫度、兩相區(qū)淬火溫度、回火溫度等參數(shù)對(duì)試制的國產(chǎn)9%Ni鋼組織的影響,通過試驗(yàn)分析確定了實(shí)驗(yàn)室最佳亞溫淬火工藝,即:淬火加熱溫度宜為800℃,兩相區(qū)淬火溫度宜為680℃,回火溫度宜為580℃。對(duì)亞溫淬火熱處理中容易出現(xiàn)的問題及其與QT處理的不同進(jìn)行了討論。研究表明,亞溫淬火處理中出現(xiàn)的帶狀組織是由于兩相區(qū)淬火加熱保溫時(shí)間過長引起元素偏聚造成的,將亞溫淬火保溫時(shí)間控制在30 min以內(nèi),可避免帶狀組織出現(xiàn)。亞溫淬火處理可獲得比調(diào)質(zhì)處理更細(xì)小的晶粒及更細(xì)的組織,逆轉(zhuǎn)變奧氏體量增多且分布更加彌散均勻。
