鑄造冷作模具鋼焊接接頭組織和性能研究

【摘要】:隨著汽車工業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展,汽車模具市場需求日趨龐大,新型模具鋼不斷被開發(fā)并應用于汽車模具的制造。為了應對新型模具在反復使用過程中可能出現的失效問題,對新型模具鋼修復方法的研究也越發(fā)迫切。探究新型模具鋼焊接接頭的組織及性能特點為模具的翻新修復提供試驗數據和理論依據,對我國模具的發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文以新型冷作模具鋼5CrMoV為研究對象,研究其熱處理后組織特點及過冷奧氏體的轉變過程。研究結果表明,珠光體向奧氏體轉變的開始溫度為773℃,結束溫度為786℃。5CrMoV鋼鑄態(tài)組織主要是層片狀珠光體和少量鐵素體;退火組織為層片狀珠光體和塊狀鐵素體;淬火組織為細小的板條狀馬氏體;回火組織是回火索氏體。基于連續(xù)冷卻過程中的過冷奧氏體產物—鐵素體、珠光體、貝氏體和馬氏體,利用JMatPro分析得出馬氏體的臨界冷卻是20℃/s,獲得珠光體的冷卻速度要小于1℃/s。研究了5CrMoV鋼熱影響區(qū)的微觀組織和性能特點以及不同焊接熱輸入下熱影響區(qū)的組織和性能變化規(guī)律。結果表明,過熱區(qū)組織主要是由粒狀貝氏體,針狀鐵素體和先共析鐵素體組成;完全重結晶區(qū)組織是由粒狀貝氏體,多邊形鐵素體和少量的針狀鐵素體組成;不完全重結晶區(qū)組織主要為鐵素體、貝氏體和回火索氏體;回火區(qū)是由回火索氏體組成。在焊接熱循環(huán)的作用下,熱影響區(qū)出現明顯的軟化現象,不完全重結晶區(qū)和回火區(qū)交界處是熱影響區(qū)力學性能最薄弱的部分。焊接熱輸入對熱影響區(qū)組織結構及力學性能具有明顯的影響。隨著焊接熱輸入的增加,過熱區(qū)中晶粒尺寸顯著增加,針狀鐵素體的板條逐漸粗化;完全重結晶區(qū)晶粒尺寸略有增加,多邊形鐵素體的體積分數增大;在不完全重結晶區(qū)和回火區(qū)中碳化物不斷析出并且聚集長大,回火區(qū)的平均晶粒尺寸沒有明顯變化。此外,隨著熱輸入的增加,熱影響區(qū)硬度值降低,熱影響區(qū)的寬度和軟化區(qū)增大,抗拉強度呈現下降的趨勢。研究了多層焊接焊縫組織特點以及焊接熱輸入對多層焊縫的組織和性能的影響規(guī)律。研究結果表明,打底層焊縫是由下貝氏體、殘余奧氏體和和少量的碳化物組成;填充層焊縫主要是由馬氏體、殘余奧氏體和板條δ-鐵素體組成;蓋面層焊縫組織是粗大板條馬氏體、殘余奧氏體和骨骼狀的δ-鐵素體。對于多層焊,后一層焊接熱輸入會使得前一層焊縫性能得到改善,因而填充層組織較為均勻,具有更好的性能。隨著焊接熱輸入的增加,打底層焊縫中柱狀晶粒尺寸增大,沒有δ-鐵素體出現;填充層中δ-鐵素體的形態(tài)由長而連續(xù)的板條轉變?yōu)槎潭鴶嗬m(xù)的板條;蓋面層中的δ-鐵素體含量減小,δ-鐵素體骨骼狀網格密度降低。隨著熱輸入的增加,多層焊縫的硬度降低,拉伸強度值呈現下降的趨勢。

In order to deal with the possible failure of the new die in the process of repeated use, it is more and more urgent to study the repair method of the new type of die steel. It is of great significance for the development of dies in our country to explore the microstructure and properties of welded joints of new die steel and provide experimental data and theoretical basis for the renovation and repair of dies and dies.
