Mn對22%Cr雙相不銹鋼700℃時效σ相及韌性的影響

【摘要】:利用光學顯微鏡(OM)、X射線衍射儀(XRD)、掃描電鏡(SEM)、透射電鏡(TEM)結合析出動力學和沖擊實驗,研究了不同Mn含量(4.3%,6.9%,9.7%,質(zhì)量分數(shù),下同)對22%Cr節(jié)鎳型雙相不銹鋼700℃時效析出相形成和韌性的影響。結果表明:隨Mn含量由4.3%增加至9.7%,時效76h,析出形貌分別為鐵素體/奧氏體(δ/γ)界面細小σ相顆粒析出和鐵素體晶內(nèi)σ相/二次奧氏體(γ_2)共析組織。Mn含量增加使Avrami指數(shù)n減小,反應常數(shù)B增大,Mn元素參與并促進σ相析出,σ相開始析出和完全析出時間均提前,開始析出與完全析出的時間間隔增大,析出速率降低。時效過程中δ相分解量低于1%(體積分數(shù),下同)對沖擊韌度影響不大,δ相分解量由1%增至5%會顯著降低沖擊韌度。Mn含量增加在時效前期對沖擊韌度有利,時效中期則會促使δ相分解量更早超過1%,導致沖擊韌度快速下降。
