固溶時(shí)效對(duì)Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金組織和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:采用顯微組織分析、硬度測(cè)試、拉伸測(cè)試、SEM斷口分析等手段,研究了熱處理工藝對(duì)大應(yīng)變軋制Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金板材顯微組織及力學(xué)性能的影響。研究表明:軋制態(tài)Al-Mg-Si-Cu合金中軋制面組織呈纖維狀且存在大量殘留相。合金經(jīng)固溶后顯微組織中殘留相基本溶解,晶粒得到小幅度長(zhǎng)大,在時(shí)效處理后強(qiáng)化相均勻析出,使得合金得到強(qiáng)化效果。合金經(jīng)510℃/80 min固溶和195℃/13 h時(shí)效熱處理后,測(cè)試硬度值為127.1 HV,抗拉強(qiáng)度為410 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率達(dá)24.8%,斷口分析為韌性斷裂,合金表現(xiàn)出良好的力學(xué)性能。
[Abstract]:The effects of heat treatment on microstructure and mechanical properties of large strain rolled Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy sheet were studied by means of microstructure analysis, hardness test, tensile test and SEM fracture analysis. The results show that the microstructure of rolled surface in rolled Al-Mg-Si-Cu alloy is fibrous and there is a large number of residual phases. The residual phase in the microstructure of the alloy after solid solution is basically dissolved, and the grains grow up to a small extent.
