等離子噴涂鐵基合金涂層的研究進展

【摘要】:基于等離子噴涂Fe基合金涂層的研究成果,綜述了等離子噴涂Fe基合金涂層的微觀結構、力學性能、摩擦磨損性能和接觸疲勞性能的基本情況,并對各項性能的影響因素、影響機制等作了分析。提出了相應的改善涂層性能的措施,以期為等離子噴涂制備高性能Fe基合金涂層提供指導。
[Abstract]:Based on the research results of plasma sprayed Fe-based alloy coatings, the microstructure, mechanical properties, friction and wear properties and contact fatigue properties of plasma sprayed Fe-based alloy coatings were reviewed. The mechanism of influence is analyzed. The corresponding measures to improve the performance of Fe-based alloy coatings were put forward in order to provide guidance for the preparation of high-performance alloy coatings by plasma spraying.
