HTRB600高強(qiáng)鋼筋高溫力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步,我國《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》也在進(jìn)一步的修訂,《混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范》(GB 50010-2010)的修訂,將高強(qiáng)鋼筋列入規(guī)范之中,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)了高強(qiáng)鋼筋的工程應(yīng)用。眾多的學(xué)者也開展了對(duì)高強(qiáng)鋼筋的性能及應(yīng)用方面的研究。本文以HTRB600高強(qiáng)熱軋帶肋鋼筋為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其在不同溫度下及經(jīng)歷不同溫度后的力學(xué)性能開展試驗(yàn)研究,主要內(nèi)容如下:1、在不同溫度下的力學(xué)性能選用江蘇沙鋼集團(tuán)有限公司生產(chǎn)的HTRB600高強(qiáng)熱軋帶月牙形肋鋼筋(直徑為25mm)作為母材加工制作成共9組標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件。其中常溫1組,其余8組加熱高溫,溫度分別為150℃、225℃、300℃、400℃、500℃、600℃、700℃和800℃。結(jié)論如下:(1)隨著溫度的升高,HTRB600高強(qiáng)鋼筋在高溫下的屈服強(qiáng)度、極限強(qiáng)度、彈性模量、斷面收縮率、伸長率和極限應(yīng)變等力學(xué)性能變化規(guī)律不一。約在400℃極限強(qiáng)度明顯降低,溫度超高600℃后,極限強(qiáng)度急劇降低;約在300℃屈服強(qiáng)度明顯降低;斷面收縮率隨溫度的升高先升高后降低,在500℃時(shí)達(dá)到峰值;隨著溫度的升高伸長率增加,超過500℃,伸長率增加較快。(2)高溫下HTRB600高強(qiáng)鋼筋的極限強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度和彈性模量等力學(xué)性能退化規(guī)律與其它低等級(jí)的普通鋼筋和HRBF500鋼筋的退化規(guī)律基本一致,隨著溫度的升高而降低,但是降低幅度值相差較大;高溫下HTRB600高強(qiáng)鋼筋伸長率隨著溫度的升高而增加,與普通鋼筋、冷軋鋼筋及冷拔鋼筋類似,與HRBF500鋼筋變化規(guī)律相差較大。2、經(jīng)歷不同溫度后的力學(xué)性能對(duì)長度為450mm,直徑為16mm,共18組鋼筋,加熱溫度分別為150℃、250℃、400℃、550℃、700℃和850℃;分別自然冷卻、浸水冷卻和隨爐冷卻三種方式,研究不同溫度加熱和冷卻方式對(duì)鋼筋力學(xué)性能的影響。得出結(jié)論:(1)經(jīng)歷不同高溫和不同冷卻方式作用后,HTRB600高強(qiáng)鋼筋的屈服強(qiáng)度、抗拉強(qiáng)度、彈性模量和伸長率等力學(xué)性能參數(shù)都有變化,其變化規(guī)律受其經(jīng)歷的溫度高低和冷卻方式的影響。溫度作用相對(duì)較低(550℃及以下)時(shí),鋼筋力學(xué)性能變化不明顯;溫度作用相對(duì)較高(高于625℃)時(shí),鋼筋各項(xiàng)力學(xué)指標(biāo)變化較大。當(dāng)溫度較高(700℃、800℃和850℃)時(shí),不同冷卻方式對(duì)鋼筋力學(xué)性能影響較大,其中采用浸水冷卻方式與另外兩種冷卻方式相差較大。(2)利用最小二乘法得到高溫冷卻后HTRB600高強(qiáng)鋼筋屈服強(qiáng)度比、極限強(qiáng)度比、彈性模量比和伸長率比在不同加熱溫度和不同冷卻方式下的各性能參數(shù)的表達(dá)式。
