Ti-55鈦合金板材的超塑性變形及組織演變

【摘要】:研究了Ti-55鈦合金板材在應(yīng)變速率為8.30×10~(-4)~1.32×10~(-2)s~(-1)、變形溫度885~935℃條件下的超塑性拉伸變形行為和顯微組織演化。結(jié)果表明:細(xì)晶Ti-55鈦合金板材表現(xiàn)出良好的超塑性,在溫度925℃和應(yīng)變速率為6.64×10~(-3)s~(-1)條件下,最大延伸率可達(dá)987%,即使在1.32×10~(-2)s~(-1)的高應(yīng)變速率條件下也獲得了872%的斷裂延伸率。在應(yīng)變速率不變的條件下,變形溫度的升高,動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶程度增大,有利于細(xì)小等軸的α相晶粒發(fā)生相轉(zhuǎn)變。變形速率的不斷降低,α相晶粒容易聚集并長(zhǎng)大,α相含量減少,β相含量增加,材料塑性反而有所下降。此外,在超塑性變形的過(guò)程中,變形區(qū)域晶粒長(zhǎng)大速度要大于夾頭區(qū)域,隨著變形程度的增大,α相的含量也隨之減少,Ti-55材料的變形能夠促使晶粒的聚合長(zhǎng)大和α相的相轉(zhuǎn)變。
