熱處理銅鋁復合板界面厚度關系模型的建立

【摘要】:研究了退火工藝參數與銅鋁復合板界面層厚度的關系。結果發(fā)現,退火溫度越高,退火時間越長,銅鋁復合板界面層的厚度越大。在相同加熱溫度下,剝離強度均隨著時間的延長而呈現出先增加后降低的趨勢,退火溫度越低,出現剝離強度最高值所需的時間越長。剝離強度與擴散過程中界面處的擴散運動有關。通過擬合銅鋁復合板擴散層厚度與剝離強度,得到了剝離強度與擴散層厚度的關系,并給出剝離強度與熱處理關系模型。
[Abstract]:The relationship between the annealing process parameters and the interfacial layer thickness of the copper-aluminum composite board was studied. The result shows that the higher the annealing temperature, the longer the annealing time, the greater the thickness of the interface layer of the copper-aluminum composite board. At the same heating temperature, the peel strength exhibited a tendency to decrease with time, and the lower the annealing temperature, the longer the time required for the highest peel strength. The peel strength is related to the diffusion motion at the interface in the diffusion process. The relationship between the peel strength and the thickness of the diffusion layer was obtained by fitting the thickness and the peel strength of the diffusion layer of the copper-aluminum composite board, and the relationship between the peel strength and the heat treatment was given.
