改進(jìn)的風(fēng)險優(yōu)先數(shù)排序方法在沖壓機床可靠性分析中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:闡述了傳統(tǒng)風(fēng)險優(yōu)先數(shù)排序方法(RPN)的問題和不足,針對這些缺陷,結(jié)合沖壓機床可靠性分析這個領(lǐng)域,提出一種改進(jìn)的風(fēng)險優(yōu)先數(shù)排序方法(ERPN)。改進(jìn)的排序方法克服了傳統(tǒng)方法的缺陷,保證了優(yōu)先數(shù)排序的準(zhǔn)確性。利用ERPN方法對某種沖壓機床進(jìn)行了風(fēng)險評價,確定各工藝過程故障模式的排序等級。進(jìn)而找到生產(chǎn)工藝過程的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),用TRIZ理論對故障模式進(jìn)行分類及糾正,改善工藝過程中的薄弱環(huán)節(jié),進(jìn)而提高沖壓機床的整體可靠性。結(jié)果表明:ERPN方法提高了風(fēng)險優(yōu)先數(shù)的可信度,可操作性強,對提高沖壓機床可靠性有重要指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the problems and shortcomings of the traditional risk priority sorting method (RPN). Aiming at these defects and combining with the field of stamping machine reliability analysis, an improved risk priority sorting method (ERPN).) is proposed. The improved sorting method overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional method and ensures the accuracy of priority sorting. The ERPN method is used to evaluate the risk of a certain stamping machine tool and to determine the ranking level of each process failure mode. Then the weak links in the production process are found, the fault modes are classified and corrected by TRIZ theory, the weak links in the process are improved, and the overall reliability of the stamping machine is improved. The results show that the ERPN method improves the reliability of the risk priority and has a strong operability, which is of great significance for improving the reliability of the stamping machine.
