不同熱處理狀態(tài)2219鋁合金TIG焊接頭組織性能分析

【摘要】:采用"直流氦弧打底+交流氬弧蓋面"的兩層TIG自動焊進行了2219CYS與2219C10S的焊接,分析了不同熱處理狀態(tài)焊接接頭的組織及成分,進行了接頭常溫及低溫(-196℃)拉伸試驗及斷裂行為研究.結(jié)果表明,2219C10S和2219CYS母材組織均為α(Al)基體上分布著Al2Cu強化相,但母材顯微組織形態(tài)存在較大差異.焊縫和部分熔化區(qū)晶界上分布著條網(wǎng)狀α+θ共晶,內(nèi)部為顆粒狀α+θ共晶,固溶到基體中的Cu元素含量分布不均勻.接頭斷裂起源于CYS側(cè)緊鄰打底焊熔合線的部分熔化區(qū),之所以在CYS側(cè)啟裂與母材強度、晶粒尺度、晶粒取向及晶界偏析有關.
