7075鋁合金的同步冷卻熱成形工藝

【摘要】:對H18態(tài)7075鋁合金進(jìn)行了同步冷卻熱成形+時效處理,研究了其宏觀形貌、回彈角、顯微組織和拉伸性能,并與傳統(tǒng)冷壓成形后的進(jìn)行了對比,探索了7075鋁合金同步冷卻熱成形的可行性。結(jié)果表明:同步冷卻熱成形工藝適用于7075鋁合金,成形后試樣的回彈角為0.03°,遠(yuǎn)低于冷沖壓成形后的,且成形后試樣不發(fā)生翹曲變形;經(jīng)同步冷卻熱成形工藝成形后試樣的顯微組織與傳統(tǒng)冷沖壓成形+固溶處理后的基本一致,經(jīng)120℃×24h的時效處理以后,其屈服強(qiáng)度和抗拉強(qiáng)度分別為553.98,635.08MPa,滿足相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對T6態(tài)7075鋁合金的性能要求。
[Abstract]:The aging treatment of H18 7075 aluminum alloy by simultaneous cooling hot forming was carried out. The macroscopic morphology, springback angle, microstructure and tensile properties of H18 aluminum alloy were studied, and the results were compared with those after conventional cold pressing. The feasibility of simultaneous cooling hot forming of 7075 aluminum alloy was explored. The results show that the synchronous cooling hot forming process is suitable for 7075 aluminum alloy, and the springback angle of the formed sample is 0.03 擄, which is much lower than that after cold stamping, and the specimen does not warp after forming.
