蛇形軋制對Al-Mg-Si合金板材剪切變形及織構(gòu)影響的模擬

【摘要】:通過有限元模擬,探究蛇形軋制過程中異速比、錯位量和壓下量對AA6016鋁合金板材曲率的影響,并比較對稱軋制與蛇形軋制板材的厚向應變分布及軋制過程中的應變演變規(guī)律。研究結(jié)果表明:在一定異速比范圍內(nèi)(1.00~1.20),異速比越大,軋板越向慢輥彎曲;錯位會引起軋板向上輥彎曲;壓下量越大,軋板越彎向慢輥,但上述結(jié)論在有錯位量、異速比小于1.05時并不成立。與對稱軋制過程相比,蛇形軋制過程中板材接觸剪切應力和應變呈對稱分布,整個軋制過程表現(xiàn)出上表層正應變較大、下表層正應變較小,切應變整體向上平移;等效應變則變化不大。蛇形軋制在板材整個厚度方向引入了剪切應變,因此,能夠獲得均勻的近似111//ND剪切織構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:By means of finite element simulation, the effects of the ratio of different velocities, dislocation and reduction on the curvature of AA6016 aluminum alloy sheet in the process of snake-shaped rolling are studied. The distribution of the thick strain and the strain evolution in the rolling process of symmetrical rolling and snake rolling are compared. The results show that: in a certain range of different speed ratio (1.00 ~ 1.20), the higher the ratio of different speed, the more slowly roll bending, and the misposition will cause the rolling plate to bend upward. The larger the reduction, the more curved the rolling plate is towards the slow roll, but the above conclusion is not true when the displacement and the ratio of different speed are less than 1.05. Compared with the symmetrical rolling process, the contact shear stress and strain of sheet metal show symmetrical distribution in the course of snake-like rolling. The whole rolling process shows that the positive strain of the upper surface is larger, the positive strain of the lower surface is smaller, and the whole shear strain is shifted upward. The equivalent strain does not change much. The shear strain is introduced into the whole thickness direction of the plate by snake-like rolling, so a uniform approximate 111//ND shearing texture can be obtained.
