卷取溫度對高Ti高強(qiáng)鋼組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:利用掃描電鏡(SEM)和透射電鏡(TEM)等儀器研究卷取溫度對高Ti微合金熱軋高強(qiáng)鋼顯微組織和力學(xué)性能的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:隨著卷取溫度的升高,抗拉強(qiáng)度不斷減小,屈服強(qiáng)度先增加再減小,伸長率不斷增大。當(dāng)350℃卷取時,試驗鋼擁有良好的綜合力學(xué)性能,即抗拉強(qiáng)度為1 253 MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度為1 099 MPa,伸長率為13%,-20℃沖擊功為102 J。這是因為該卷取溫度略低于M_s點,試驗鋼顯微組織由大量板條貝氏體(細(xì)小且交織)、少量馬氏體和針狀鐵素體組成,這種顯微組織能有效阻礙位錯運動,從而提高強(qiáng)度。同時大角度晶界能夠阻礙裂紋擴(kuò)展,再加上板間的薄膜M/A,保證了材料的塑性和韌性。
