冷卻速度和氟鹽比例對Al-4Ti中間合金中TiAl3形貌演變規(guī)律研究

【摘要】:研究了Al-4Ti中間合金生產(chǎn)過程中冷卻速度和氟鹽比例對TiAl3相的形貌演變影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,冷卻速度和氟鹽比例不影響Al-4Ti鑄錠組織中第二相的種類且Al-4Ti合金中不同形貌的TiAl_3相可通過改變鋁熔體冷卻速度而獲得;一般情況下,隨冷卻速度由3.36℃/s降低到0.31℃/s,Al-4Ti中間合金中TiAl3顆粒的形貌由花瓣狀逐漸向塊狀過渡,最后轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榧?xì)長片狀形貌;特別的,當(dāng)Al-4Ti中間合金中來自海綿鈦和來自氟鈦酸鉀中的鈦的比例為3∶2時,TiAl_3相的三維形貌對冷卻速度不敏感,都為塊狀。此外,氟鹽的加入與否會在一定程度上影響花瓣狀TiAl_3顆粒的形成。
[Abstract]:The influence of cooling rate and fluorine salt ratio on the morphology evolution of Al-4Ti master alloy was studied.
