【摘要】：精密測量是先進制造發(fā)展的前提和基礎,作為智能制造的眼睛,極大地提高了生產(chǎn)效率、降低了生產(chǎn)成本,直接推動了人類社會發(fā)展。在制造信息化大背景下,作為先進制造的先導技術,精密測量方法與儀器技術必須超前或在先進制造基礎上提出新的發(fā)展趨勢,為先進制造精密化、集成化、智能化發(fā)展提供信息支撐。概述了工業(yè)生產(chǎn)與科學研究中的現(xiàn)代精密測量技術發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和研究內(nèi)容,著重敘述了應用于精密檢測的最新技術、精密測量如何從實驗室走向生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場、精密測量技術的未來及發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:Precision measurement is the premise and foundation of the development of advanced manufacturing. As the eye of intelligent manufacturing, it greatly improves the production efficiency, reduces the production cost and directly promotes the development of human society. Under the background of manufacturing informatization, as the leading technology of advanced manufacturing, precision measurement methods and instrument technologies must advance or put forward a new development trend on the basis of advanced manufacturing, which is the precision and integration of advanced manufacturing. Intelligent development provides information support. The present situation and research contents of modern precision measurement technology in industrial production and scientific research are summarized. The latest technology used in precision measurement and how to move from laboratory to production site are emphatically described. The future and development of precision measurement technology.
