核島用P280GH碳錳鋼熱老化的組織和性能

【摘要】:P280GH碳錳鋼用于制造壓水堆核電站核島蒸汽系統(tǒng)和輔助系統(tǒng)管道,其在280~350℃的長(zhǎng)時(shí)服役過(guò)程中易于出現(xiàn)老化現(xiàn)象。為了研究其熱老化機(jī)理,在400℃溫度下進(jìn)行了P280GH碳錳鋼的10 000 h的加速熱老化試驗(yàn)。測(cè)定了不同老化時(shí)間下鐵素體和珠光體的顯微硬度、試樣拉伸性能和沖擊性能。結(jié)果表明,鐵素體和珠光體的顯微硬度隨老化時(shí)間的增長(zhǎng)而逐漸減小;老化時(shí)間少于300 h時(shí),拉伸強(qiáng)度和屈服強(qiáng)度隨老化時(shí)間增長(zhǎng)而增加,老化時(shí)間大于300 h后,抗拉強(qiáng)度逐步降低,屈服強(qiáng)度緩慢降低;沖擊吸收功隨老化時(shí)間的增加而減小。上述力學(xué)性能變化與熱老化過(guò)程中的珠光體形貌變化及鐵素體中的位錯(cuò)移動(dòng)有關(guān)。
