粘結(jié)層的鋁含量及熱處理對航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱端部件DZ40M合金上熱障涂層靜態(tài)氧化行為的影響

【摘要】:采用超音速火焰噴涂在航空發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)熱端部件DZ40M合金表面制備了鋁含量不同(6%、8%和12%)的Ni-Co基粘結(jié)層,再等離子噴涂YSZ(氧化釔穩(wěn)定氧化鋯)陶瓷面層,制得了熱障涂層。通過掃描電鏡、X射線衍射儀和拉曼光譜儀研究了粘結(jié)層成分及其真空熱處理對熱障涂層顯微形貌、物相組成以及界面熱生長氧化物(TGO)的影響。結(jié)果表明,3種粘結(jié)層的致密性均較高,與基材以及陶瓷層結(jié)合較好。3種噴涂態(tài)粘結(jié)層中的物相組成與原始粉末相似,隨著Al含量增加,原始粉末和噴涂態(tài)粘結(jié)層中β相的含量逐漸增加。粘結(jié)層的真空熱處理可以有效降低3種熱障涂層在靜態(tài)氧化過程中TGO的增厚速率。未經(jīng)粘結(jié)層真空熱處理制成的熱障涂層中,TGO的增速與粘結(jié)層中Al的含量有關(guān)。粘結(jié)層真空熱處理后,晶界擴(kuò)散會(huì)顯著影響TGO的增厚速率,TGO晶粒尺寸的增加會(huì)造成晶界數(shù)量減少,相應(yīng)地會(huì)降低TGO的增厚速率。
[Abstract]:Ni-Co based bonding layer with different aluminum content (6% and 12%) was prepared on the surface of DZ40M alloy by supersonic flame spraying, and then plasma sprayed YSZ (yttrium stabilized zirconia) ceramic surface layer. The thermal barrier coating was prepared. The effects of bonding layer composition and vacuum heat treatment on the microstructure, phase composition and interface thermal growth oxide (TGO) of thermal barrier coatings were investigated by SEM, XRD and Raman spectroscopy. The results show that the three kinds of bonding coatings have higher densification and better bonding with the substrate and ceramic coating. The phase composition of the three sprayed coatings is similar to that of the original powder, and the content of Al increases with the increase of the content of Al. The content of 尾 phase in the original powder and sprayed adhesive layer increased gradually. Vacuum heat treatment of bonding layer can effectively reduce the thickening rate of TGO during static oxidation of three kinds of thermal barrier coatings. The growth rate of TGO is related to the content of Al in the adhesive layer. After vacuum heat treatment of bonding layer, grain boundary diffusion will significantly affect the thickening rate of TGO, and the increase of TGO grain size will reduce the number of grain boundaries and correspondingly decrease the thickening rate of TGO.
