基于morlet小波與模態(tài)分析的突發(fā)型聲發(fā)射源定位研究

【摘要】:在建立基于聲發(fā)射技術(shù)的裂紋產(chǎn)生與拓展檢測(cè)系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上。以薄鋼板為實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)象,研究了Lamb波在薄板中傳播的頻散及多模態(tài)特性,并結(jié)合morlet小波時(shí)頻聯(lián)合分析方法,提出了一種針對(duì)聲發(fā)射信號(hào)在薄板中傳播時(shí)產(chǎn)生的不同模態(tài)進(jìn)行識(shí)別的方法。通過(guò)提取不同模態(tài)波到達(dá)同一傳感器的時(shí)間差并依據(jù)不同模態(tài)波對(duì)應(yīng)的波速實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)出現(xiàn)裂紋的位置進(jìn)行定位。經(jīng)過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究表明,運(yùn)用該方法不僅能準(zhǔn)確地識(shí)別A0、S0模態(tài)波并實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)聲發(fā)射源進(jìn)行精確定位。
[Abstract]:Based on acoustic emission technology, the crack generation and expansion detection system is established. The dispersion and multimodal characteristics of Lamb waves propagating in thin plates are studied, and the morlet wavelet time-frequency joint analysis method is combined. This paper presents a method for identifying different modes of acoustic emission signals propagating in thin plates. By extracting the time difference between different mode waves to the same sensor and according to the wave velocity corresponding to different mode waves, the location of the crack is located. The experimental results show that the proposed method can not only accurately identify the A0 / S0 mode waves but also accurately locate the acoustic emission sources.
