電接觸強(qiáng)化對火焰噴涂Ni60-WC涂層及40Cr基材組織及性能的影響

【摘要】:在40Cr基材上利用氧-乙炔火焰噴涂鎳基碳化鎢(Ni60-WC)復(fù)合涂層后,對涂層進(jìn)行電接觸強(qiáng)化。通過金相顯微鏡觀察電接觸強(qiáng)化前后涂層截面的顯微組織形貌,利用維氏顯微硬度儀分析涂層截面的顯微硬度分布,并通過SEM面掃描分析涂層與基材的鎢元素分布。結(jié)果表明,電接觸強(qiáng)化工藝能夠顯著提高涂層質(zhì)量及硬度,并使涂層與基材間形成良好的冶金結(jié)合。
[Abstract]:Ni-based tungsten carbide (Ni60-WC) composite coating was sprayed on 40Cr substrate by oxygen-acetylene flame spraying, and the coating was strengthened by electrical contact. The microstructure of the coating section before and after electrocontact hardening was observed by metallographic microscope. The microhardness distribution of the coating section was analyzed by Vickers microhardness instrument, and the tungsten distribution between the coating and the substrate was analyzed by SEM scanning. The results show that the process of electric contact strengthening can improve the quality and hardness of the coating and form a good metallurgical bond between the coating and the substrate.
