偏心軸工件磨削X-C聯動關系模型研究

【摘要】:提出基于平面剛體運動的偏心軸輪廓磨削曲柄滑塊運動模型。運用矢量方法對做平面剛體運動的砂輪和偏心軸進行了運動關系分析,給出了偏心軸磨削X-C聯動關系模型。通過推導砂輪中心軌跡線等距包絡出的輪廓曲線至偏心圓中心距離恒定的結論,證明按此關系模型聯動,砂輪包絡出的輪廓即偏心軸輪廓;RV減速器偏心軸零件加工過程仿真也表明X-C位置聯動關系模型的正確性。
[Abstract]:A motion model of crank slider for eccentric shaft profile grinding based on plane rigid body motion is proposed. The motion relationship between grinding wheel and eccentric shaft in plane rigid body motion is analyzed by vector method. The X-C linkage model of eccentric shaft grinding is presented. By deducing the conclusion that the distance between the contour curve and the center of the eccentric circle is constant, it is proved that the contour of the wheel envelope is the profile of the eccentric shaft according to the linkage of the model. The machining process simulation of eccentric shaft of RV reducer also shows that the X-C position linkage model is correct.
