【摘要】：以板坯連鑄機(jī)扇形段芯軸式三分段輥為對象,研究任意分段比例三分段輥的強(qiáng)度與剛度問題。推導(dǎo)出各軸承處的支反力表達(dá)式,建立起輥子內(nèi)部彎曲應(yīng)力及撓度計算的數(shù)學(xué)模型;同時,運(yùn)用數(shù)值方法對該數(shù)學(xué)模型求解,并采用Visual Basic開發(fā)出應(yīng)用程序,更加直觀準(zhǔn)確地反映沿輥身的應(yīng)力分布和彎曲變形,使不同分段比例導(dǎo)向輥的受力特征一目了然。該計算模型不僅為輥身直徑的確定,軸承型號的選擇等輥子設(shè)計工作提供可靠依據(jù),而且對于板坯連鑄機(jī)輥列的優(yōu)化設(shè)計以及抑制鑄坯鼓肚變形都具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the strength and stiffness of three segment rollers with arbitrary segmental ratio are studied by taking the three section roller of sector core of slab continuous casting machine as an object. The formula of the supporting reaction force at each bearing is derived, and the mathematical model for calculating the bending stress and deflection of the roller is established. At the same time, the numerical method is used to solve the mathematical model, and an application program is developed by using Visual Basic to reflect the stress distribution and bending deformation along the roll body more intuitively and accurately, so that the stress characteristics of the different sectional proportional guide rolls can be clearly understood at a glance. The calculation model not only provides a reliable basis for roller design such as the determination of roll diameter and the selection of bearing type, but also plays an important role in the optimization design of roll line of slab continuous casting machine and the suppression of billet blooming deformation.
