反應(yīng)堆壓力容器用SA508Gr.4N鋼的熱變形行為

【摘要】:利用Gleeble-1500D熱模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī),在溫度為1050~1250℃、應(yīng)變速率為0.001~0.1s-1、真應(yīng)變量0.16的條件下,研究和分析SA508Gr.4N鋼高溫塑性變形及動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶行為。結(jié)果表明:SA508Gr.4N鋼的高溫真應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線主要以動(dòng)態(tài)再結(jié)晶為特征,峰值應(yīng)力隨變形溫度的降低或應(yīng)變速率的升高而增加,屬于溫度和應(yīng)變速率敏感材料;在真應(yīng)力-應(yīng)變曲線的基礎(chǔ)上,建立材料熱變形本構(gòu)方程,較好地表征了材料高溫流變特征,其熱激活能為383.862kJ/mol;其硬化率-應(yīng)力(θ-σ)曲線均呈現(xiàn)拐點(diǎn)且-dθ/dσ-σ曲線出現(xiàn)極小值;臨界應(yīng)變隨應(yīng)變速率的增大與變形溫度的降低而增加,且臨界應(yīng)變(εc)與峰值應(yīng)變(εp)之間具有一定相關(guān)性,即εc/εp=0.517;臨界應(yīng)變與Z參數(shù)之間的函數(shù)關(guān)系為εc=8.57×10-4 Z0.148。
