薄板坯連鑄連軋工藝下Hi-B鋼的組織及織構(gòu)

【摘要】:采用金相顯微鏡和掃描電鏡研究實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬薄板坯連鑄連軋(TSCR)工藝試制的高磁感取向硅鋼(Hi-B鋼)組織、織構(gòu)的演變特征.研究發(fā)現(xiàn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室模擬薄板坯連鑄連軋工藝試制的Hi-B鋼熱軋板顯微組織及織構(gòu)在厚度方向上存在不均勻性.;灞砻婷撎紝予F素體晶粒明顯粗化,;蹇棙(gòu)基本繼承了熱軋板相應(yīng)的織構(gòu)類(lèi)型,僅織構(gòu)強(qiáng)度不同.一次大壓下率冷軋后,晶粒及其晶界沿軋向被拉長(zhǎng)形成鮮明的纖維組織,織構(gòu)主要為α纖維織構(gòu)和γ纖維織構(gòu),脫碳退火后試樣發(fā)生回復(fù)和再結(jié)晶現(xiàn)象并形成初次晶粒組織,脫碳退火后織構(gòu)分布較為集中.溫度升高至1000℃時(shí)二次再結(jié)晶開(kāi)始,1010℃時(shí)鋼中晶粒發(fā)生異常長(zhǎng)大,高斯織構(gòu)強(qiáng)度達(dá)到61.779.成品磁感為1.915 T,鐵損為1.067 W·kg~(-1).
[Abstract]:The microstructure and texture evolution characteristics of high magnetically oriented silicon steel (Hi-B steel) produced by (TSCR) process were studied by metallographic microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is found that the microstructure and texture of hot rolled Hi-B steel produced by laboratory simulation of thin slab continuous casting and rolling process are not uniform in thickness direction. The ferrite grain of decarburized layer on the surface of the normal plate is obviously coarser. The texture of the normal plate inherits the corresponding texture type of the hot rolled plate basically, but the texture strength is different. After cold rolling at a high pressure rate, the grain and its grain boundary are elongated along the rolling direction to form distinct fiber structure. The texture is mainly 偽 fiber texture and 緯 fiber texture. After decarbonization annealing, the recovery and recrystallization of the sample occur and the primary grain structure is formed.
