高溫回火對(duì)SA533B鋼力學(xué)性能及微觀組織的影響

【摘要】:為研究高溫回火對(duì)SA533B(0.15C-1.39Mn-0.28Si-0.50Mo-0.59Ni-Fe,wt%)鋼力學(xué)性能及微觀組織的影響,采用拉伸試驗(yàn)、夏比V型缺口沖擊試驗(yàn)檢驗(yàn)了鋼板在660~720℃回火60 min后的力學(xué)性能,膨脹試驗(yàn)測(cè)定相變點(diǎn),用SEM、TEM表征了不同狀態(tài)下的微觀組織。結(jié)果表明:SA533B鋼的Ac_1、Ac_3、Ms、Mf點(diǎn)分別為630、816、446和280℃,在910℃水淬后的組織為板條馬氏體�;鼗饻囟确秶梢赃x擇在660~710℃。當(dāng)回火溫度低于710℃時(shí),由于組織仍然保持著鐵素體板條形貌,并且板條總體的尺寸較小,整體強(qiáng)度與韌性仍然匹配較好。當(dāng)回火溫度高于710℃時(shí),回火過程中形成大量富碳奧氏體,冷卻過程中可轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)閷\晶馬氏體,強(qiáng)度顯著提高,韌性劇烈降低。
