A356合金3D Kagome點(diǎn)陣夾芯板低壓熔模鑄造工藝

【摘要】:以3D-Kagome點(diǎn)陣夾芯板為研究對(duì)象,采用Anycasting軟件對(duì)A356合金點(diǎn)陣夾芯板的低壓熔模鑄造過(guò)程進(jìn)行數(shù)值模擬,研究了澆注系統(tǒng)及主要的工藝參數(shù)對(duì)A356合金點(diǎn)陣夾芯板成形的影響,并在此基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了工藝優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明,隨著澆注溫度提高,金屬液的充型能力增加,缺陷減少,但當(dāng)溫度超過(guò)770℃時(shí),縮松、縮孔缺陷有增加的趨勢(shì)。通過(guò)模擬計(jì)算,確定了點(diǎn)陣夾芯板最佳澆注工藝:澆注溫度為770℃,型殼預(yù)熱溫度為200℃,充型速度為40mm/s,并將模擬試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證,表明該工藝切實(shí)可行。
