鈦合金表面半導(dǎo)體激光氣體氮化涂層的性能研究

【摘要】:目的提升鈦合金(TC4)葉片表面性能,解決失效問題。方法實(shí)驗(yàn)采用激光局部氣體氮化工藝代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)氮化工藝,利用2 k W柔性光纖耦合半導(dǎo)體激光器在鈦合金(TC4)基體表面采用氣體氮化的方法制備TiN表面改性層。采用摩擦磨損試驗(yàn)機(jī)和改制的汽蝕裝置分別測試了氮化層與基體(TC4)的耐磨性與抗汽蝕性能。結(jié)果摩擦磨損實(shí)驗(yàn)后,激光氮化層的質(zhì)量損失為2.3 mg,基體TC4的質(zhì)量損失為20.2 mg,激光氮化層的損失質(zhì)量為基體TC4的11.3%,激光氮化層抗磨損性能相較基體TC4提高了7倍。TC4基體汽蝕損失的質(zhì)量為4.08 mg,而氮化層的質(zhì)量損失為1.13 mg,氮化層的抗汽蝕性能比基體提高了2.61倍。結(jié)論采用半導(dǎo)體激光氣體氮化鈦合金葉片能夠得到分布著大量TiN枝晶的氮化層,提高表面耐磨損性能,氮化層中的TiN枝晶構(gòu)成的網(wǎng)籃狀組織對(duì)其表面抗汽蝕性能也有所提高。
[Abstract]:Objective to improve the surface properties of titanium alloy (TC4) blades and solve the failure problem. Methods the laser partial gas nitridation process was used to replace the traditional nitriding process. The surface modification layer of TiN was prepared by gas nitriding on the substrate of titanium alloy (TC4) using a 2 kW flexible fiber coupled semiconductor laser. The wear resistance and cavitation corrosion resistance of nitride layer and substrate (TC4) were measured by friction and wear tester and modified cavitation device respectively. Results after friction and wear experiments, the mass loss of laser nitrided layer was 2.3 mg, substrate TC4 loss was 20.2 mg, laser nitrided layer mass loss was 11.3% of substrate TC4. The wear resistance of the laser nitrided layer is 7 times higher than that of the substrate TC4. The mass loss of the TC4 matrix is 4.08 mg, and the mass loss of the nitride layer is 1.13 mg,. The cavitation corrosion resistance of the nitrided layer is 2.61 times higher than that of the substrate. Conclusion A large number of nitride layers with TiN dendrites can be obtained by using semiconductor laser gas titanium nitride alloy blades to improve the wear resistance of the surface, and the surface cavitation corrosion resistance of the TiN dendrites in the nitride layer is also improved.
