時效處理對冷軋C194銅合金性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同時效工藝對冷軋C194銅合金硬度、電導率、強度和伸長率等的影響,給出了C194銅合金較佳的時效工藝。結果表明,C194銅合金較佳的時效工藝為450℃×60min,其抗拉強度為582 MPa,伸長率為15.3%,硬度(HV)為170,電導率為41.47 MS/m,硬度、電導率、強度較連續(xù)擠壓態(tài)與冷軋態(tài)的有明顯提高,但伸長率下降。合金第二相小顆粒的數(shù)量較連續(xù)擠壓態(tài)有明顯增加,且彌散分布在基體內部,尺寸為10~20nm。較大的第二相顆粒數(shù)量較擠壓板材的變化不大,第二相析出物及長大相為Fe3P化合物。
