時(shí)效處理對(duì)冷軋C194銅合金性能的影響

【摘要】:研究了不同時(shí)效工藝對(duì)冷軋C194銅合金硬度、電導(dǎo)率、強(qiáng)度和伸長(zhǎng)率等的影響,給出了C194銅合金較佳的時(shí)效工藝。結(jié)果表明,C194銅合金較佳的時(shí)效工藝為450℃×60min,其抗拉強(qiáng)度為582 MPa,伸長(zhǎng)率為15.3%,硬度(HV)為170,電導(dǎo)率為41.47 MS/m,硬度、電導(dǎo)率、強(qiáng)度較連續(xù)擠壓態(tài)與冷軋態(tài)的有明顯提高,但伸長(zhǎng)率下降。合金第二相小顆粒的數(shù)量較連續(xù)擠壓態(tài)有明顯增加,且彌散分布在基體內(nèi)部,尺寸為10~20nm。較大的第二相顆粒數(shù)量較擠壓板材的變化不大,第二相析出物及長(zhǎng)大相為Fe3P化合物。
