1200MPa級(jí)HSLA鋼的焊接性及焊接工藝研究

【摘要】:目前國(guó)內(nèi)針對(duì)低合金高強(qiáng)鋼的焊接研究還主要集中在1000MPa級(jí)及以下鋼種。隨強(qiáng)度級(jí)別提高,焊接過程中會(huì)面臨焊縫強(qiáng)韌化以及熱影響區(qū)性能惡化等焊接難題。本文針對(duì)屈服強(qiáng)度1200MPa級(jí)低合金高強(qiáng)鋼,通過焊接熱模擬試驗(yàn)、斜Y坡口裂紋試驗(yàn)以及熱影響區(qū)最高硬度試驗(yàn)等焊接性能試驗(yàn)研究,對(duì)試驗(yàn)鋼的焊接性能進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià);并采用GHS50NS鐵素體焊絲,分別在焊前預(yù)熱60℃,16、20、25KJ/cm熱輸入,100~110、140~150℃道間溫度及150、200、250℃后熱溫度條件下進(jìn)行焊接工藝試驗(yàn),研究試驗(yàn)鋼的適宜焊接工藝。試驗(yàn)鋼為礦山機(jī)械用耐磨鋼板,焊接接頭起到連接作用而非主要受力部位,其抗拉強(qiáng)度達(dá)到600~700MPa即能滿足強(qiáng)度要求。傳統(tǒng)焊接方案采用ER307Si奧氏體焊材,匹配本文試驗(yàn)焊絲既能提高焊接接頭強(qiáng)度水平,又使焊接材料成本降低約40%。研究結(jié)果對(duì)該強(qiáng)度級(jí)別鋼材的焊接性研究以及采用低強(qiáng)匹配的GHS50NS焊絲時(shí)焊接工藝的制定具有一定的參考價(jià)值和指導(dǎo)意義。本文得出的結(jié)論如下:(1)根據(jù)熱模擬試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,獲得了試驗(yàn)鋼CGHAZ的SH-CCT曲線,當(dāng)冷卻速率較慢(t8/5=600~2 000 s),CGHAZ組織為粒狀貝氏體;當(dāng)冷速較快(t8/520 s)時(shí),得到板條馬氏體組織;在較寬冷速范圍內(nèi)(t8/5=100~600 s),CGHAZ為板條貝氏體與粒狀貝氏體混合組織。試驗(yàn)鋼在焊接過程中CGHAZ的硬度隨t8/5冷卻時(shí)間的增大而逐漸降低,最高硬度達(dá)477 HV5。t8/5為60s時(shí)CGHAZ區(qū)域產(chǎn)生軟化現(xiàn)象。制定焊接規(guī)范時(shí),應(yīng)控制焊接熱輸入,t8/5冷卻時(shí)間宜小于30 s,獲得板條馬氏體或板條馬氏體+少量板條貝氏體組織。試驗(yàn)鋼焊接時(shí)淬硬及冷裂紋形成傾向較為顯著,宜采取焊前預(yù)熱和焊后熱處理措施避免熱影響區(qū)產(chǎn)生冷裂紋。(2)焊接工藝試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:試驗(yàn)鋼焊縫金屬綜合力學(xué)性能隨焊接熱輸入增加而先增后降,隨道間溫度增加而增強(qiáng),焊后消氫熱處理溫度對(duì)焊接接頭組織及性能無明顯影響。采用GHS50NS焊絲對(duì)試驗(yàn)鋼進(jìn)行熔化極混合氣體(80%Ar+20%CO2)保護(hù)焊時(shí),在母材焊前預(yù)熱溫度60℃,熱輸入為20KJ/cm,道間溫度140~15℃以及焊后150℃×2h消氫熱處理?xiàng)l件下,焊接接頭強(qiáng)韌性匹配最佳,可獲得結(jié)合質(zhì)量良好的焊接接頭。GHS50NS焊絲與試驗(yàn)鋼的焊接匹配性能良好。
