顯微組織對高速車輪鋼不同溫度下斷裂韌性的影響

【摘要】:對碳的質量分數為0.54%高速車輪鋼輪輞進行了不同奧氏體化溫度和冷卻速率熱處理,得到具有不同晶粒尺寸和珠光體片間距的顯微組織,在20~-120℃下對具有不同顯微組織的緊湊拉伸(CT)試樣進行斷裂韌性測試。結果表明:在實驗溫度范圍內,不同顯微組織車輪鋼斷裂韌性均隨溫度的降低而降低,溫度對不同顯微組織車輪鋼材料斷裂韌性的影響主要是由于溫度對材料流變應力的改變以及CT試樣斷裂模式的變化。溫度較高時,解理斷裂的模式為擴展控制,晶粒尺寸和珠光體片間距越小斷裂韌性越高;溫度較低時,解理斷裂的模式為形核控制,顯微組織對斷裂韌性的影響不明顯。
