顯微組織對(duì)高速車(chē)輪鋼不同溫度下斷裂韌性的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)碳的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為0.54%高速車(chē)輪鋼輪輞進(jìn)行了不同奧氏體化溫度和冷卻速率熱處理,得到具有不同晶粒尺寸和珠光體片間距的顯微組織,在20~-120℃下對(duì)具有不同顯微組織的緊湊拉伸(CT)試樣進(jìn)行斷裂韌性測(cè)試。結(jié)果表明:在實(shí)驗(yàn)溫度范圍內(nèi),不同顯微組織車(chē)輪鋼斷裂韌性均隨溫度的降低而降低,溫度對(duì)不同顯微組織車(chē)輪鋼材料斷裂韌性的影響主要是由于溫度對(duì)材料流變應(yīng)力的改變以及CT試樣斷裂模式的變化。溫度較高時(shí),解理斷裂的模式為擴(kuò)展控制,晶粒尺寸和珠光體片間距越小斷裂韌性越高;溫度較低時(shí),解理斷裂的模式為形核控制,顯微組織對(duì)斷裂韌性的影響不明顯。
