【摘要】：介紹了發(fā)電機(jī)定子鐵心用通風(fēng)槽鋼生產(chǎn)工藝,針對通風(fēng)槽鋼切斷和彎形工序,設(shè)計(jì)了一種新型的切斷彎形工藝,在一副模具上同時(shí)完成切斷、彎形、整形3道工序。在分析槽鋼切斷彎形特點(diǎn)及其變形規(guī)律的基礎(chǔ)上,對槽鋼成型過程做出合理簡化,建立分析模型,利用有限元軟件對槽鋼切斷彎形進(jìn)行了三維有限元數(shù)值模擬分析,得出了槽鋼在成形過程中的幾何變形情況。對不同沖頭形狀進(jìn)行了對比分析,并在實(shí)際生產(chǎn)中很好的控制了槽鋼切斷后存在的塌肩、毛刺等缺陷。
[Abstract]:The production process of ventilated channel steel for stator core of generator is introduced. A new type of cutting and bending process is designed aiming at the cutting and bending process of ventilated channel steel. Three processes of cutting, bending and shaping are carried out simultaneously on a set of dies. On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of channel cutting bending and its deformation law, the forming process of channel steel is reasonably simplified, the analysis model is established, and the three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation of channel steel cutting bending is carried out by using finite element software. The geometric deformation of channel steel in forming process is obtained. The different punch shapes are compared and analyzed, and the defects such as shoulder sloughing and burr are well controlled in actual production.
