焊接二次熱循環(huán)對T23鋼粗晶區(qū)再熱裂紋敏感性的影響

【摘要】:利用Gleeble-3500熱力模擬試驗(yàn)機(jī)制備T23鋼焊接接頭中粗晶熱影響區(qū)和不同二次熱循環(huán)的再熱粗晶熱影響區(qū),并進(jìn)行STF(Strain-to-fracture)試驗(yàn)。結(jié)果表明,粗晶區(qū)經(jīng)歷1 350℃或780℃二次熱循環(huán)后,仍保持粗晶熱影響區(qū)的粗大晶粒、筆直的晶界形貌以及高再熱裂紋敏感性,斷面收縮率低于5%。粗晶區(qū)經(jīng)歷了880℃、950℃或1 100℃二次熱循環(huán)后,晶粒尺寸變小,晶界變曲折,斷面收縮率分別為24.67%、16.6%和7.24%,再熱裂紋敏感性降低。因此,合理調(diào)控二次熱循環(huán)的峰值溫度在A_(c1)~A_(c3)之間可以有效降低再熱裂紋敏感性。
