奧氏體化溫度對(duì)二次硬化滲碳鋼組織與力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:借助OM、SEM及X-ray萃取相分析技術(shù),研究了奧氏體化溫度對(duì)一種新型二次硬化滲碳鋼C61的組織與力學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)奧氏體化溫度較低時(shí),鋼中存在M_6C、M_(23)C_6、Nb(C,N)未溶相,隨著奧氏體化溫度的升高,碳化物逐漸溶解,在950℃時(shí),鋼中僅有少量Nb(C,N)殘留;當(dāng)奧氏體化溫度大于1000℃時(shí),C61鋼奧氏體晶粒明顯粗化,抗拉強(qiáng)度、屈服強(qiáng)度、沖擊韌性大幅降低,晶粒粗化溫度為1000℃;C61鋼最佳奧氏體化溫度為950℃,此時(shí)鋼的抗拉強(qiáng)度為1625 MPa,屈服強(qiáng)度為1556 MPa,沖擊吸收能量為82 J。
[Abstract]:The effect of austenitizing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of a new secondary hardening Carburizing steel C61 was studied by means of OM,SEM and X-ray extraction phase analysis techniques. The results show that when the austenitizing temperature is low, there is an insoluble phase M _ S _ 6C _ (23) C _ (23) C _ 6N _ b (Con _ N) in the steel.
