電磁場對1100鋁合金鑄軋板材組織的影響

【摘要】:研究了1100鋁合金中添加不同質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)(0.4%,0.2%,0.1%)的Al-Ti-B細(xì)化劑和在鑄軋過程中施加電磁振蕩場對鑄軋板坯組織細(xì)化的影響.結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在添加相同含量的Al-Ti-B條件下,鑄軋過程中施加電磁振蕩場的板坯組織細(xì)化效果明顯高于普通鑄軋的板坯.同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn),細(xì)化劑的質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)在0.1%~0.4%范圍內(nèi),在鑄軋過程中施加電磁振蕩場,其細(xì)化效果都比較滿意,其顯微組織優(yōu)于常規(guī)鑄軋?zhí)砑?.4%細(xì)化劑的組織,因此,電磁振蕩鑄軋可以大幅度降低細(xì)化劑的用量,減少元素偏析,改善鑄軋坯的內(nèi)部質(zhì)量.
[Abstract]:The effect of adding 0.1% Al-Ti-B refiner with different mass fraction in 1100 aluminum alloy and electromagnetic oscillation field during casting and rolling on the microstructure refinement of slab casting was studied. The results show that the microstructure refinement effect of the slab subjected to electromagnetic oscillation field in the process of casting is higher than that of the ordinary slab casting under the condition of adding the same content of Al-Ti-B. At the same time, it is found that when the mass fraction of the refiner is 0.1% and the electromagnetic oscillation field is applied in the process of casting and rolling, the refining effect is satisfactory, and its microstructure is better than that of the conventional casting rolling with 0.4% fining agent. Therefore, electromagnetic oscillation casting can greatly reduce the amount of refiner, reduce element segregation, and improve the internal quality of casting and rolling billet.
