Y含量對(duì)La-Mg-Ni-Al合金相結(jié)構(gòu)與電化學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:為了改善La-Mg-Ni-Al合金的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性,用Y部分替代合金中La元素,用真空感應(yīng)熔煉與950℃完全退火處理制備了La_(0.82-x)Y_xMg_(0.18)Ni_(3.35)Al_(0.15)(x=0~0.45)合金。采用XRD分析了合金的相結(jié)構(gòu),并測(cè)試了其電化學(xué)性能,分析了Y含量對(duì)合金相結(jié)構(gòu)及電化學(xué)性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,Y部分替代La后,合金相結(jié)構(gòu)除了主相LaNi_5、(La,Y,Mg)_2(Ni,Al)_7外,還有Ni_3Y相,Y元素導(dǎo)致主相晶胞體積減小。與不含Y合金相比,含Y合金的電化學(xué)性能相對(duì)較好。合適的Y含量替代改善合金電極的電化學(xué)性能,在本實(shí)驗(yàn)研究范圍內(nèi),Y含量為0.25時(shí)的合金具有相對(duì)較大的放電容量,Y含量為0.35時(shí)的合金具有相對(duì)較好的循環(huán)穩(wěn)定性。
